New Food, Drink Options Aplenty for Fans at Bridgestone Arena
Brooks Bratten
At Bridgestone Arena, the hockey is top-of-the-line, the concerts are top-of-the-line, and now so is the food.
My "job" comes with a number of perks, and the annual food and beverage tasting to showcase the new items available to fans throughout Bridgestone Arena for the upcoming Nashville Predators season - and all other events - is one of the best.
From hot chicken mac & cheese to the turkey meatloaf burger, tenderloin sliders to mini lobster rolls, it's all delicious. And it's all available to every fan.
Every ticketed patron who enters Bridgestone Arena has access to the Club Level of the building, which features the Patron Platinum Club, a space that's open before and after events. Whether you're looking for something a bit more upscale, or just want to crush a Western Conference Champ Hot Dog topped with brisket, grilled onions and white barbecue sauce, the dining options are just as enthralling as the product on the ice.
So, what should your next pregame meal consist of? As mentioned above, you can't go wrong with either the hot chicken mac & cheese (available at the hot chicken stand at Section 109), or the piggy mac (available at the food court Puckett's BBQ stand), both of which provide that classic comfort food you love with an added element that is uniquely Nashville.
The turkey meatloaf burger with cranberry chutney, cornbread dressing and scratch gravy on toasted bread - available at Tavern '96 - was a delightful taste of Thanksgiving and is part of the Tavern's new seasonal menu.
Oh, and that Western Conference Champ Hot Dog, worth every penny. And if the regular-sized hot dog won't do it for you, every option at the food court's Top Dogs location is now available in a foot-long hot dog version.
On the Club Level, the Patron Platinum Club offers tenderloin sliders and mini lobster rolls, plus, house-made artisan pretzels, shrimp cocktail, chicken lettuce wraps and house-made kettle chips, just to name a few. Or, fans can swing by the Pucks 'n Pints stand featuring smoked ribs, buttermilk fried chicken tenders and custom Gnash and Smashville dogs that will change throughout the season.
And then there's the frozen drink bar on the upper concourse at Section 313, featuring Frosé (frozen wine), frozen margaritas and frozen bourbon peach tea. Plus, with the renovated concession options on the 300 Level comes 20 new point-of-sale locations to help alleviate lines and get you back to your seat quicker than ever before.
So, enough reading about these taste-bud tantalizers - take a look at some of the options below and begin planning your food journey through 501 Broadway.
